For cold and fever, you don’t have to rely on Tylenol. If you want to cure your cold and fever without taking medicines, you can try this soup which is really easy to make at home.
Green Onion, ginger, garlic and brown sugar soup:
As indicated in the name, you will need: 2 green onions (1 if large), use only the white part, cut them into several pieces; 1 piece of ginger with a size similar to the thumb, cut it into slices; 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, also cut them into slices.
Put these three ingredients into a pot and add 500 ml (about 2 1/4 cups) of water. Boil it for 10 minutes (after the water is boiling). Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of brown sugar into the soup. Drink it when it is warm or hot (make sure not to hurt yourself if it is hot).
After drinking the soup, lie down and cover yourself with a quilt, you’ll sweat after several minutes. Your cold and fever will soon go away.
